Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model, please contact us and we’ll help arrange it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us within 7 days with photos, and we will replace it at no cost.

Phoenix straps have been made since 1978, and over the years there’ve been many variations — different shades of grey, different hardware, and plenty of wear and tear. If you’ve got a well-worn, original Phoenix strap, now’s your chance to swap it for a brand-new one, made to the same MOD-spec, right here in the UK.

Vintage is cool — but nothing beats a fresh Phoenix straight from the mill.

We’re offering a limited strap swap service as a launch offer. It’s first come, first served, and only available while this batch lasts.
